OD Real Estate is a business group with more than 25 years of experience in business management and real estate market.

The White Angel is one of its companies dedicated to the construction and development of luxury homes, whose purpose is to combine the acquisition of real estate assets with concierge services (experiences).

They needed a way to communicate this new concept to connect with different buyer personas.

solution

After an analysis of the luxury real estate market, we found two ways to position ourselves: real estate investment & the acquisition of exclusive experiences. So we came to the conclusion that positioning ourselves in communicating a lifestyle of exclusive experiences, gave us the opportunity to communicate both things: in the acquisition of a luxury home was already implicit the purchase of a good asset as an investment.

We created a line of communication based on what we considered the new luxury: 'Time as a new asset' - to be enjoyed with the family, the hospitality services, the experiences offered by the surroundings and locations...

result

Based on the concept of 'The Real eState', we created a new corporate style guide focused more on that luxury lifestyle. This served as the basis for developing the group's corporate website, as well as those of the promotions that were being developed in Ibiza and Andorra, the commercial dossiers, digital marketing campaign and social media content.

One of the milestones was the sale of one of the properties in Ibiza after a lead capture on Instagram.
